TRIP is currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in Bournemouth. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with three new stores planned for the next two years.
Roles and Responsibilities
* You will be the face of this 100+ year old brand.
* Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond.
* You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience.
* With industry-leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.
Skills, knowledge and experience
* Must have experience in a face to face sales/customer service environment (direct experience is not required).
* Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
* Be confident and highly motivated.
* Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment.

Basic salary £25k + individual commission + bonuses an uncapped (average) OTE c£35,000 (the top 3 sales people in the business earning in excess of £40,000).
