Czech-speaking Customer Support Advisor – Social Media & Email
Are you fluent in Czech and English and looking for a full-time role where you can use your language skills every day?
We're recruiting for a Czech-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting a well-known retail brand. You'll be helping customers through social media and email, so this is a great opportunity if you enjoy written communication, online shopping, fashion, retail, and helping people get things sorted quickly.
This is a hybrid role based in Belfast, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
What you'll be doing
You'll support customers with a range of everyday enquiries, including:
* Missing orders
* Payment queries
* Product availability
* Order amendments
* Cancellations
* General customer questions via social media and email
You'll need to be patient, helpful, and professional, and able to write clear, friendly responses.

What we're looking for
* Excellent Czech and English written and verbal skills
* At least 6 months' customer service experience
* Strong knowledge of social media
* Social media or content moderation experience would be a bonus
* Fully flexible to work rotational shifts between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday
* Local to Belfast
* Able to work from home with at least 10Mbps broadband
