About The Role We are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Tech & Change team. The role is based in our Walsall office, with three days in the office and two days working from home. This role offers a salary of £28,000 - £38,000, along with a colleague bonus, 6% matched pension and access to our colleague discount platform. As the Tech & Change Administrative Assistant,youllplay a vital role in helping the departmentoperateeffectively.Youllprovide high-quality administrative and operational support to leaders and teams, helping us deliver on our mission to drive growth,valueand exceptional customer experiences across HomeServe. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same,from coordinating diaries and meetings to improving processes, preparing documentation, supporting governance, and being a dependable point of contact for colleagues and partners. More about the role; Providing professional,confidentialand proactive administrative support across the department. Preparing,collatingand quality-checking reports, meeting papers,minutesand documentation. Supporting governance processes, including scheduling meetings, trackingactionsandmaintainingdocumentation. Coordinating travel,expensesand approvals for the Executive and senior leadership team. Managing diaries,inboxesand key workflows for the Executive, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation. Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Supporting departmental events, activities, teamengagementand people-related processes (including CPD, CBT and annual reviews). Contributing to improved ways of working through better organisation,coordinationand automation. Helping tomaintaina safe, organised and well-governed working environment. About The Candidate Experience in an administrative or operational support role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and written accuracy. The ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage a varied workload independently. Experience preparing agendas and minutes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence using Microsoft Office products (and/or Google Suite).
