Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) Up to £60,000 Performance Bonus Annual Company Profit Share Milton Keynes | Hybrid A well-established B2B SaaS client of ours is looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing function. This role sits just below the Head of Marketing and is focused on delivering the marketing plan, building brand awareness and driving lead generation across key digital channels. You will play a critical role in shaping how the marketing strategy comes to life, contributing ideas and insight as a senior member of the marketing team. It's a great opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys being close to channels and wants line-management responsibility. What you'll be doing Deliver integrated marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation * Manage Paid Search and Paid Social (primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads), either hands-on or through agencies * Own delivery of SEO activity across on-site, technical and off-site work, working with agencies and development teams * Design campaigns using the full marketing mix including marketing emails, organic social content, campaign messaging, visuals and landing page briefs * Write strong, on-brand copy and create simple visual assets (e.g. Canva), as well as briefing designers and copywriters * Track campaign performance and report on key metrics * Line manage and develop a Demand Generation Specialist * Collaborate closely with sales, product and client teams What they're looking for B2B marketing experience within SaaS, technology or professional services * Strong experience delivering campaigns across paid media, SEO and email * Confident managing agencies and suppliers to deliver quality output * A capable copywriter with an eye for messaging and design * Experience line managing, or ready to step into a people-management role * A driven, collaborative marketer with high standards and attention to detail What's on offer Hybrid working (Milton Keynes office and home) * Training budget, gym membership and regular social events * 23 days holiday (rising with service) plus bank holidays * Pension, free parking and a supportive, growing marketing team
