About The Role
Optimizon is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Senior Account Manager to lead and grow Amazon Vendor accounts for our partner brands. You will work closely with our leadership team and internal specialists to deliver best-in-class marketplace management, strategy, and performance across major vendor businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Strong communicator with experience managing brands or e-commerce accounts.
* Detail oriented, analytical and confident with complex data.

Who We’re Looking For
Account Management
* Lead a portfolio of key Amazon accounts.
* Build deep understanding of partner brands and products.
* Oversee product range strategy and identify growth opportunities.
* Manage pricing strategy, promotional planning and operational processes.
* Develop content strategies driven by customer search behaviour.
* Drive best‑in‑class stores, product pages and brand assets.
Financial Management
* Act as the commercial lead for your accounts.
* Manage annual terms negotiations.
* Identify and sell incremental services and opportunities.
Data & Strategy
* Use data to inform strategic decision‑making.
* Develop forward‑looking plans for partner brands.
* Present insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
Project Leadership
* Take ownership of cross‑agency initiatives that improve processes or performance.
* Solve complex e‑commerce challenges with speed and clarity.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data or similar.
* Fluent in English.
* 5+ years account management experience.
* 3+ years working with Amazon Vendor (brand, agency or Amazon side).
* Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills.
* Experience managing large‑scale e‑commerce activity.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Multi‑marketplace experience (eBay, Walmart, Very, Tesco, Wayfair, B&Q).
* Paid media experience across search and display.
* Fluency in an additional European language.
* Category expertise in consumables, hardlines, electronics or fashion.
