You will have: Strong experience in community investment, customer engagement or similar customer-led roles. Demonstrated success managing people and volunteers to deliver high-impact services. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence working across all levels. Operational knowledge: safeguarding, risk management, commissioning, direct delivery, health and safety. Experience using data, insight and professional judgement to shape services. A collaborative spirit - someone proud to act as a Moat Foundation ambassador. Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends and have suitable transport for regional travel.
