Job Description

Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, providing top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops offer a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. The salary is £12.50 per hour.


What you will do

* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Promote safer gambling practices.
* Take bets on various sports and events.
* Process transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards targets and goals.
* Maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed.


Working patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will be approximately 20 hours, with a mix of opening, closing, and evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.


Qualifications

* You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
