About the Role
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the face of top brands, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience. You will be directly involved in in-person presentations, engaging conversations, and lead-generation activities to raise brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the values and ethos of our clients’ brands in every customer interaction. Exceed customer expectations, leaving a lasting, positive impression. Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customers’ needs and preferences. Provide personalized experiences that make customers feel valued from the first point of contact.
* Product Knowledge & Training: Participate in in-depth training to become well-versed in client products and services. Learn lead-generation strategies and customer acquisition techniques from industry professionals.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively engage potential customers through presentations and promotional activities. Build relationships to drive new customer acquisitions and contribute to revenue growth.
* Customer Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Address inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
