About the role As a Sales Agent, you will play a key part in driving business growth. You’ll communicate with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls, generating new opportunities and contributing directly to the company’s expansion. Your focus will be on engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and converting conversations into sales.
