The Role Our London office is hiring an Account Executive to join our Talent & Influencer team to take a supporting role on lifestyle & sports brands within the agency. We are looking for candidates who have their finger on the pulse of popular culture, with deep understanding and knowledge of the social media and influencer landscape, ranging from the latest social trends to emerging creators, entertainment, sports and lifestyle talent. The individual must have a keen interest in developing their experience delivering talent and influencer marketing campaigns and amplification strategies across a range of industry verticals, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently and punctually. This is an exciting and dynamic role in a talented, culturally-connected team working across several client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and passion for popular culture, talent and influencers and a can‑do, positive attitude.
Responsibilities
* Support with the development and management of end-to-end influencer campaigns and talent partnerships for clients - including curating influencer longlists, ideating and writing talent and influencer briefs, managing relationships with talent agents and creators, outreach and negotiations, content delivery and reporting and measurement.
* Support account team with administrative tasks including preparation and sharing of agendas, client reports and social media monitoring – sharing relevant industry trends with the wider company and clients as required.
* Assist in compiling data and insights for end-of-campaign reports, helping to demonstrate campaign value and key learnings for clients.
* Support the team to build, nurture and grow trusted relationships with clients, as well as external stakeholders (agencies, talent managers and influencers).
* Attend industry networking events.
* Flexible to travel to events in the UK (and abroad where required).
Qualifications / Requirements
* 1 year agency experience is preferred, working in a fast‑paced environment such as an agency or PR office is an advantage.
* Experience and interest supporting talent and influencer campaigns across the UK and Europe.
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Confident communicator with the ability to communicate closely and effectively with both internal colleagues and key external stakeholders.
* Team player with the ability to work autonomously as required.
* Social media enthusiast with a working knowledge of key platforms and an eye on developing platforms.
* Knowledge of current Influencer Platforms with experience in using them is preferred.
* Experience and willingness to develop and learn client servicing, account handling and project management.
