We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Team Leader!


In this role, you will be responsible for:

To assist the Shift Leader in all process topics within Manufacturing. Ensuring operators are trained to the correct standard and delivering the correct quality to the customer.


Key Deliverables:

* Establish and maintain production output
* Ensure team members are trained and developed to their full potential, coaching them appropriately
* Identify deviations within processes and implement improvements
* Drive internal costs down (process driven)


Additional responsibilities:

* Ensuring correct Quality Standards are applied
* Act as first responder for the identified production line
* Actively monitor and review associate training in line with training department
* Utilisation of BPS (Bosch Production System) principles, ensuring we deliver competitive products from an agile and sustainably waste-free value stream
* Communicate with Shift Leader to support manning for production
* Assist shift leaders where necessary

Qualifications

* Experience in processes within a Manufacturing environment
* Ability to function in multiple team roles and be self-driven
* Ability to function under pressure and be target driven
* Problem-solving capability
* Structured approach to managing tasks
* Lean Management (empowerment)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritize (self-management)
* Health & Safety Awareness
* Flexibility regarding working hours, in line with business requirements
* Customer focus (QUALITY)


Additional Information

Expected Start Date: June 2025

Working Hours: Annualised hours averaging 39 hours per week over the year. The working week length will vary from 30 hours to 48 hours, with shifts including 1st shift Mornings, 2nd shift Afternoons, and 3rd shift Nights.
