Support the kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness and organization. This includes washing dishes, cleaning equipment and surfaces, and assisting with basic food preparation. They also handle waste disposal, manage deliveries, and ensure a hygienic work environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Dishwashing: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring they are clean, dry, and properly stored.
* Cleaning: Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
* Food Preparation: Assisting with basic tasks like peeling vegetables, washing salad leaves, or preparing ingredients as needed.
* Waste Management: Emptying bins, disposing of waste, and managing recycling.
* Deliveries: Receiving and storing deliveries, organizing kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory.
* Supporting the Kitchen Team: Assisting chefs with various tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
