We are looking for a highly experienced, hands‑on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of digital marketing across multiple aesthetics wholesale brands.
This is a content‑led, execution‑focused role. You will be responsible for building and scaling several Instagram accounts from scratch, producing all content in-house, and driving measurable growth. Alongside this, you will manage Meta advertising, email marketing campaigns, and ongoing website updates.
This position suits someone confident working independently, comfortable managing multiple brands, and focused on delivering clear commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
* Build, launch, and manage multiple Instagram accounts from the ground up
* Plan and execute content strategies aligned with commercial goals
* Create all content in‑house (graphics, captions, reels, stories)
* Maintain a consistent, high‑end brand presence across all accounts
* Monitor performance and optimise content for engagement and growth
Design & Creative Production
* Design high‑quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop)
* Produce engaging short‑form video and static content
* Ensure all output reflects the standards expected within the aesthetics industry
Scheduling & Workflow Management
* Manage structured content calendars across multiple brands
* Use scheduling platforms to plan and publish content efficiently
* Leverage AI tools to support content creation, ideation, and optimisation
Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)
* Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
* Optimise targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximise ROI
* Continuously test and refine campaigns based on performance data
Email Marketing
* Create and manage email campaigns (promotions, product launches, newsletters)
* Segment audiences and optimise engagement metrics
* Ensure alignment with wider marketing activity
Website Management
* Update website content, imagery, and product information
* Maintain consistency across website, social media, and email campaigns
Support improvements to user experience and conversion
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role (essential), with clear evidence of managing multiple brands and delivering measurable growth
* Proven experience building and managing Instagram accounts for brands
* Strong content creation ability (visual and written)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
* Experience with social media scheduling platforms
* Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content production
* Demonstrable experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar)
* Experience updating websites via CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress or similar)
