Your role
As PBS Lead, you'll:
* Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans.
* Coach, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
* Analyse behaviour trends and provide guidance to reduce restrictive practices.
* Work closely with families and professionals to ensure consistent, proactive support.
* Lead by example in day-to-day support, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence remain at the heart of everything we do.
