About the Role:
This role involves planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment for apprentices in the Education sector at Level 5. The successful candidate will share their knowledge and experience from the Education sector to ensure apprentices achieve their programs at the highest and most timely level.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers, identify skill and knowledge gaps.
* Develop and deliver tailored training plans.
* Maintain records relevant to candidates.
* Observe in the workplace and support high-quality training.
* Assess skills and behaviors, provide feedback via ePortfolio.
* Support training delivery, including functional skills and online webinars.
* Promote British Values, Prevent, mental health, and safeguarding.
* Monitor progress, support portfolio completion, and facilitate assessments.
* Manage documentation and support apprenticeship processes.
* Participate in CPD, standardization, and conferences.
* Support end-point assessments and maintain quality standards.
About You:
We value candidates who share our core values: student-centeredness, equality, and respect. Essential criteria include relevant qualifications or experience in coaching, industry knowledge, Level 2 literacy and numeracy, experience working with employers, strong IT skills, motivation, and willingness to travel. Desirable criteria include assessor qualifications, a degree, IV/IQA qualification, and experience in Further Education or coaching/management roles.
