of Brecon Hotel in Brecon.
After a £3.5 million refurbishment this hotel, known as the
oldest hotel in Wales, has a brand new shiny kitchen, with a great new team who
are looking for an inspirational leader to help them deliver amazing food in beautiful
surroundings.

We will expect that you can do the following:
* Manage people fairly and appropriately
* Deliver and maintain a 5 star EHO rating
* Stay up to date with latest food trends and developments
* Develop, cost and produce menu’s
* Achieve financial targets relating to Gross Profit and labour
costs.
