growth! For 2026, we will be looking to add a further 100 plus Sales Partners to the team. We are looking for people that have a winning mentality, positive approach, and big financial goals to join the most elite Sales team in London. Any successful applicants will be given our first-class training in their first three to four weeks of employment. This will consist of product knowledge, systems and selling techniques.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Field inbound service calls or make outbound service calls on warm leads Directly responsible for selling cruises and add-on services/products Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing consumers Responsible for meeting respective phone standards Responsible for meeting monthly performance targets

Compensation and Hours: £20,000 base salary with one of the most lucrative and uncapped commissions in the UK
OTE £60K - £150K plus p/y! Daily and weekly cash incentives to drive the right performance. Working hours: 5pm
1am, due to selling to the US market. Office based - Uxbridge, North-West London Training will last 3 -4 weeks, and you will be paid for this period also.
