We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Distribution Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring our distribution operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities
* Monitor and record compliance with DVSA regulations, tachograph laws, and the Working Time Directive.
* Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed, accurate and up to date
* Provide reminders to drivers on compliance matters.
* Manage employee training records and matrix to reflect current skill levels
* Maintain accurate maintenance logs
* Track and store driving violations from driver's trackers
* Record and report on OTIF failures and highlighting customers with recurring delivery issues
* Perform and record drivers' licence and vehicle recall checks
* Monitor product scanning and paperwork, report any issues to manager
* Book in glass and panels in a timely manner.
* Identify and report on non-compliance issues and assist in developing corrective action points.
* Act as a point of contact for compliance related queries within the distribution team.
* Support the rollout of new compliance initiatives across the distribution team
* Support and liaise with other departments, employees, suppliers, and customers to ensure clear and concise communication, and all tasks are completed in full and on time.
