Location: Modern head office near Bathgate
Salary: £30,000 basic + attractive benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:30pm
Flexible and part-time hours may be considered
About the Role
My client is a well-established, family-owned business with over 30 years of success in designing and supplying horticultural solutions to commercial spaces across various sectors including retail, hospitality, and public services. Their growing Sales Team are looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide critical back-office support. You will help streamline our sales process and ensure our clients receive high-quality service from quote to delivery.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Preparing quotes, specifications, and costings
* Creating visually engaging presentation documents
* Processing orders and supporting sales follow-up
* Booking appointments and speaking with potential customers
* Collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience in sales administration and/or customer service
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Word & PowerPoint)
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Creative flair for putting together professional documents
* Positive, can-do attitude with great communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
