Job Title: Community Dental Service Administrator
An opportunity has arisen to join the Community Dental Service Administration Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the dental team and handle reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact, demonstrating excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding when dealing with patients.
2. Undertake general office administration tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and typing documentation.
3. Manage reception and telephone enquiries effectively and efficiently.
4. Provide cover for other administrative team members at various clinics, which may include travel to other sites.
5. Support the provision of comprehensive administrative, IT, and clerical support for all staff within the Community Dental Service.
6. Assist and direct patients and visitors, ensuring a user-friendly and accessible service.
7. Work flexibly within a team, providing support to colleagues and the multidisciplinary team, with the flexibility to work and travel between offices as required.
