Become a Care Assistant - show you care by working in care!
We are looking for warm, caring people to help older people to live long and happy lives in their own homes and keep their independence.
Duties will include:
* Preparing meals and assisting to eat and drink
* Providing dementia/alzheimer care
* Running errands and prescription collection
* Shopping and other household tasks
* Companionship and conversation
* Accompanying clients to appointments and leisure activities in the community
* Personal care support
* Providing medication reminders
Skills:
* Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
* Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and staff.
* Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
* Possession of a valid driving license is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Work Location: On the road, Home Care In Halifax, Huddersfield and areas of Bradford bordering Calderdale
Expected Hours 16-40 per week

Schedule: Alternate weekends, Week days negotiable.
