Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting into the Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day content across our social platforms, managing influencer and affiliate outreach, and supporting with campaign planning and paid media delivery. You’ll play a key part in helping us grow our brand presence, drive engagement, and support customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Execution:
Assist in planning and scheduling daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat
Work with our in-house team and creative agencies to develop and post on-brand, engaging content
Monitor trends and respond to timely events to keep content fresh and reactive
Influencer & Affiliate Outreach:
Source, vet, and engage with influencers and creators aligned with our brand
Coordinate product send-outs and track influencer performance
Support the development of our affiliate strategy to drive sales through partnerships
Community Engagement:
Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions to ensure timely and on-brand responses
Build relationships with our community and identify opportunities for user-generated content
Paid Social Support:
Assist with creative briefs and content planning for paid campaigns
Collaborate with our Marketing Executive and agencies to optimise ad performance
Reporting & Insights:
Track KPIs across platforms (growth, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Recommend improvements based on performance data
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in a social media or content marketing role (ideally in ecommerce, beauty, wellness or lifestyle)
Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, with an eye for trends and emerging creators
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Confident using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to create quick-turn content
Passionate about brand building and working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Bonus: Experience working with influencers, UGC creators or affiliates
