Responsibilities of the role of Insurance Technician:
1. Document Creation: Gather information from files and use the data to complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally.
2. Data Entry: Fully and accurately enter, amend, update, and submit data onto the relevant systems without supervision.
3. Management Information: Create and maintain electronic and paper files, manage day-to-day correspondence, and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly.
4. Treaty Accounts Processing
