We’re looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to be based in our Plymouth office, joining our 2025 or 2026 Graduate Programme.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive, award-winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society.
As a team which specialises in the delivery of building services, energy and sustainability services, we offer a fresh approach by getting involved early, working collaboratively with the design team, guiding design development and using our expertise to help clients make key decisions – an approach that always results in a building that delivers.
Responsibilities
* Working on live projects from the start in a variety of sectors from healthcare to education
* Electrical services design and calculations using the latest computer modelling software Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM
* Working with supervisors on scheme design concepts
* Using Revit and 3D BIM modelling software in design production; design co-ordination with other professional disciplines
* Producing detailed designs and drawings
* Input into or development of energy and sustainability strategy
* Participating in design team and client meetings
* Undertaking site visits or surveys
* Researching and implementing new technologies
* Continuous CPD and learning opportunities
* Your typical work might include designing and creating Electrical Circuits, Wiring and Lighting

About you
