Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and practical sessions to develop employability and vocational skills
* Provide feedback, track progress, and help learners achieve their goals
* Support learners’ confidence, personal development, and motivation
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress
* Collaborate with colleagues and local employers to provide meaningful learning experiences
What you bring
* Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
* Passion for supporting learners to succeed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence with IT for lesson planning and records
* Bonus: Previous employability teaching experience
