Overview
Store Assistant role at Travis Perkins plc (Toolstation). 20 hours per week; local candidates who can commute. Stores open 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes may be required.
Responsibilities
* Be the friendly face of the store, helping customers find what they need and delivering excellent service.
* Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
* Support stock stocking and warehouse tasks; be prepared to roll up your sleeves.
* Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and guide them to appropriate products and services.
* Proactively promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and assist customers in signing up to access deals and pricing.
