Our client, an internationally recognised provider of SaaS solutions to resellers, distributors, and end-users, is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer / 1st line technical support to join their growing support and implementation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with over 1,400 customer organisations across multiple time zones, providing high-quality customer care, product implementation, and 1st line technical support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1st line customer care and technical support across a suite of enterprise software tools. Act as a primary point of contact for customer onboarding, configuration, and ongoing account management. Respond to and triage technical queries via shared support systems and email channels, escalating to technical specialists as necessary. Coordinate and conduct customer meetings, including virtual demos and review sessions. Perform system setup tasks including licensing, monitoring, asset tracking, and light reporting functions. Support internal sales and implementation teams with customer insights and onboarding processes. Maintain clear and consistent communication with a wide variety of stakeholders, including distributors, resellers, and end users. Demonstrate a proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving and relationship management. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with experience working to deadlines. Solid foundation in general IT systems and applications, ideally including remote support tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner. A collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently when required. Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable with occasional international travel and flexible working hours to accommodate global customers.
