Key Responsibilities
1. Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish
2. Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level
3. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
4. Adapt to catering requirements for guests, dining experiences, and hotel events
5. Relay feedback from guests and team members to senior chefs
6. Support seasonal dishes inspired by the natural surroundings and estate‑grown produce
7. Assist with preparation for Michelin‑star level dining and nature‑led culinary experiences
Person Specification
8. Genuine passion for food and hospitality
9. Eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
10. Basic kitchen and knife skills appropriate to the role level
11. Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
12. Creative, attentive, and proud of your work
13. Able to work collaboratively under pressure
