Senior Quantity Surveyor - South West
Looking for a role where you can take full ownership of projects from start to finish?
Join a growing contractor delivering residential, student accommodation and commercial fit-out schemes - including Cat A/B and cut & carve projects - and manage both internal and external packages on builds up to £10m.
If you've got the all-round experience to handle every stage of a project, this is your chance to lead from the front, with the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
Taking commercial control of projects from inception to completion
Managing both internal and external packages
Leading procurement, cost planning and contract administration
Liaising with site teams, clients and subcontractors
Monitoring budgets, valuations and variations
Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practice
Visiting sites across the region (paid travel)
Competitive salary up to £75,000

What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing projects start-to-finish
Knowledge of internal and external works
Ability to handle smaller, high-impact projects (up to £10m)
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
