🚀 Recruitment Consultant (Engineering, Architecture & Construction)
📍 Hybrid – Based in Portishead, Bristol | £27,000 – £30,000 + Commission

💼 The Role
You’ll take charge of your own desk, helping top-tier talent find their dream roles across the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. We’ll give you the tools, trust, and flexibility you need — you bring the drive, personality, and a hunger to grow.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
* 🎯 Sourcing, attracting, and engaging standout candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library, and Indeed
* 🤝 Building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
* 🧩 Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from first contact to offer negotiation
* 📈 Developing new business opportunities and nurturing warm leads
* 🗣 Conducting interviews and screening calls to uncover top talent
* 📣 Promoting roles and your personal brand through social media and creative outreach
* 💡 Contributing ideas, improving processes, and getting stuck into team goals
🧠 What We're Looking For
* ✅ 3+ years' recruitment experience (ideally with 1+ years in the engineering, construction, or architecture space)
* ✅ Previous sales or customer service experience (you’re confident, driven, and love making connections)
* ✅ Killer communication skills — written, verbal, and the all-important listening
* ✅ Creativity, resilience, and the confidence to make things happen
* ✅ Target-focused but people-first — you care about making the right match
* ✅ Tech-savvy and organised (MS Office, social tools, CRM systems)
