These are permanent roles delivering care in the community, supporting individuals to live independently and stay engaged with their local community. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals in the community. The role involves being active, engaging, and supportive, helping people with everyday activities while promoting independence and wellbeing. This is a community‑based role, so driving is essential.
