£26,500 - £30,000 per annum

The Role
This is a multifaceted and varied position offering the chance to blend technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide first-line technical support to hotel clients via phone and email
Troubleshoot issues related to TV systems, connectivity, and software
Log, monitor, and resolve support requests promptly
Escalate complex queries to senior engineers where required
Project Deployment:
Assist with installation and configuration of hotel TV systems at client sites
Work with project managers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
Deliver on-site training for hotel staff
Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared for deployment
Warehouse Operations:
Manage and maintain inventory of TVs and related accessories
Receive, inspect, and store stock accurately
Prepare and dispatch orders and installation equipment
Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organised

The Ideal Candidate:
Were looking for a practical, customer-focused team player who enjoys a role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
Basic understanding of TV systems, networking, and AV equipment
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting and moving equipment
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Previous experience in customer support, technical service, or warehouse operations advantageous
