Service Engineer and/or Mate (Smoke Ventilation) – Advanced Smoke Group Limited
This is a full-time on-site role for a Smoke Control Service Engineer. The Smoke Control Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of smoke control systems, providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and conducting field service visits. The role involves ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly and adhering to safety regulations and standards. Additionally, the engineer will document and report service activities, maintain customer relationships, and continuously improve service procedures. Our work is nationwide with the majority being London based, so some overnight stays may be required.
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance and repair of smoke control systems
* Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot issues
* Conduct field service visits and ensure systems function correctly
* Document and report service activities; maintain customer relationships
* Adhere to safety regulations and standards; continuously improve service procedures
Qualifications
* CSCS/ECS Card
* 18th Edition / C&G2391 – preferable
* Full clean driving licence
* 2 years of experience in a similar role – preferable
