Junior IT Support Engineer
£28-34k + Benefits, London
Bench IT are looking to onboard a Junior Support Engineer / L1.5 Engineer to support a global financial services organisation. This position would be ideal for a motivated candidate seeking to develop their career within the IT sector who has a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below;
* Experience in IT support or relevant internship Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience – Ideal experience would be 2-3 years
* Respond to IT service desk tickets
* Assist users via phone, email, or in-person
* Set up and maintain computers and peripherals Manage user accounts and passwords
* Support software installations and updates
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
* Good communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team
* Desirable skills/technology the client will provide training on;
* Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows 11/Windows Server) Microsoft 365: Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint & Integrated Apps Active Directory Users &
* Computers Laptop/Desktop builds and management
* Citrix: XenApp 7.x & Workspace/Receiver
* Zoom
* Mimecast
* iPhone configuration & management
* Polycom/Condeco Audio Visual management
