You’ll articulate and document business requirements, conduct as-is/to-be process mapping, participate in project delivery, and validate outcomes. You’ll act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards. About the Team: The Information & Digital team empowers BaptistCare by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations, and risk management. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach. About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis and business process design out of which 3 years working in technical analysis. Previous technical analyst experience on business system implementation projects. Experience with Testing system changes for various projects. Demonstrated experience using software tools such as Visio, MS Project & Jira to document plans and processes. Experience in enterprise IT environments and working with third-party vendors High level of written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of business applications, interfaces, integrated operational environments, solution architecture principles and Enterprise Architecture best practices and principles. Strong understanding of IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity lifecycle processes. Ability to develop relationships with key organisational stakeholders, including vendors Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a language suitable for various audiences including business stakeholders, executives as well as technology teams, involved in project implementation. Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems, respond to changing demands. Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work.
