Salary: Up to£50,000 + bonus

As Restaurant Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team in the restaurant outlet to the highest level. About the position
* Manage the team and ensure that staff morale is high
* Oversee the training and development of the team
* Conduct staff reviews and action in areas in need of training
* Manage the P&L and Payroll
* Work closely with the events team
* Work closely with the Head Chef & General Manager
* Responsible for the daily operations
The successful candidate
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
* Well organised with an eye for detail
* Proven business & financial success
* A born leader with excellent communication skills
* Must have a fine dining background
