Salary: £25,000 - 28,000 per year Requirements: 1 years experience in an IT support role (MSP experience highly desirable) Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Strong knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and peripherals Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Responsibilities: Deliver IT support to a variety of clients Provide both remote and onsite troubleshooting and fault resolution Install, configure and maintain Windows desktops, servers and applications Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user provisioning and permissions Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems Ensure support tickets are managed in line with agreed SLAs Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations Assist with project work including migrations, upgrades and new deployments Technologies: Active Directory Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Network SharePoint TCP/IP Windows Office 365 More: We are a well-established Managed Services Provider based near Aldershot, seeking to expand our team with an experienced IT Support Engineer.
