If you possess an interest in human rights law, mental capacity law, medical-based law, welfare law, or simply have a passion for championing those who cannot advocate for themselves, this position is tailored for you.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of empathy and professionalism, engaging with clients compassionately while navigating complex cases. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential to meet the rigorous demands of tight court deadlines. A high level of IT literacy and familiarity with legal case management systems will set you apart, while experience in legal aid will be considered an asset.
While previous Court of Protection experience is highly desirable, it is not a strict requirement. This role promises a competitive starting salary from £25,000, with the final package negotiable based on the wealth of experience you bring to the table.
