Care Assistant Role
* Role: Care Assistant
* Hours: 27.5 hours per week (5 shifts per week)
* Shifts: AM & PM including alternate weekends
* Salary: £12.96 per hour
* Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN
Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well‑being of residents.
* Encourage independence and self‑belief.
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy.
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification.
* Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
* Flexible with hours.
