Contract: 1215 weeks initially (potential extension)Hours: 37 hours per weekIR35: Inside IR35We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to support a busy reactive repairs and maintenance service within occupied social housing properties.This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment delivering responsive repairs, emergency callouts and void property works across a large housing stock.A company vehicle will be provided for work purposes.Key Responsibilities Carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works within occupied propertiesCompleting emergency and routine repairs to required timescalesUndertaking void property refurbishment worksDelivering high-quality repairs across multiple tradesMaintaining excellent customer service whilst working in tenants homesEnsuring work is completed safely and efficientlyAccurately recording works completed and reporting issues as requiredRequired Trade Skills & Experience Candidates must have strong multi-trade experience, including several of the following:CarpentryPlumbingTilingPlasteringBricklayingFencingFlooringGroundworksCandidate Requirements Minimum 3 years trade experienceProven experience within occupied social housing is essentialAbility to work within a high-pressure reactive repairs environmentFull UK driving licenceReliable and able to work independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsMust be local to the areaAdditional Information Face-to-face interviews requiredDVLA licence checks will be completedWorking hours may vary between: 8:00am4:00pm8:30am5:00pmEarly finish on FridaysPlease apply with your updated CV detailing your trade background and relevant social housing experience.TPBN1_UKTJ
