Electrician (Level 2)
Location: HMP Swaleside, Brabazon Rd, Eastchurch, Isle of Sheppey ME12 4AX
Salary: £34,931.68 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We are seeking a dedicated Electrician (Level 2) to join our team at HMP Swaleside, a Cat B men's prison.

HMP Swaleside operates like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will contribute to the smooth and safe operation of the prison, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.
As an Electrician (Level 2), you will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

We are a five-year-old Ministry of Justice business providing critical, time-sensitive services to HMPPS. We seek an Electrician (Level 2) with:
* Full qualification as an electrical tradesperson to NVQ level 2 in Electrotechnical services or equivalent
* Good Health & Safety knowledge
* Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
