Key Responsibilities: Create and produce a wide range of refined pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
Oversee day-to-day pastry kitchen operations, including stock control and team supervision as required
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role
Knowledge of both traditional and modern pastry techniques
