What does an Care Professional do?
- Provide care assistance to Clients in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and well-being.
- No qualifications necessary as full training will be provided.
