Swallowcourt is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, highly skilled, and compassionate nurses to join our teams across our care homes.
As part of our team, you'll work in a solution-focused environment to ensure residents receive excellent, evidence-based nursing care. Our homes feature technologically advanced systems, including Nourish Electronic Care Planning and Omnicell EMAR electronic medication systems.
You will collaborate with your Clinical Lead, shift leaders, and support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality nursing and personal care, contributing to the efficient operation of the care home. If you're interested in supervising and mentoring staff to develop new skills, this position offers that opportunity.
