Full time preferred (part-time considered) Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping young people thrive? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join a specialist school in Sheffield that supports children and young people with a range of complex needs. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with complex or additional needs Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver individualised learning Assist with behaviour regulation, communication strategies, and sensory needs Help maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing atmosphere Support students both in the classroom and during wider school activities What We're Looking For You will need: Previous experience supporting children or young people with similar SEN needs
