Vulcain Engineering Group provides Engineering consultancy services across multiple Industry sectors on a global scale. With operations in 36 countries and employing over 3000 staff worldwide, our business responds to the needs of our clients by providing expertise in the form of high added value engineering services.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Vulcain business and expand our PMO services into new sectors. Building on the back of our existing capability pre-dominantly focused on new build, we are looking to expand back into our traditional sectors of nuclear decommissioning and defence. We are looking for a confident and adaptable person to help us find opportunities, grow our team, and expand. Vulcain has a strong emphasis on reskilling to bring people into the PMO space and into the nuclear sector, we are looking for someone with fresh thinking and a positive attitude to helping fix the shortage gaps in PMO skills.
The job will be a full-time position based in the company offices in Gloucestershire with regular UK-wide travel for client meetings, events and Business Development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth and expansion of our PMO services into new sectors.
* Identification and development of new clients.
* Providing input into sales reports, forecasts and KPI’s. Updating of opportunities, proposals and client feedback via the company CRM system.
* Co-ordination of proposals and bids.
* Development of the delivery team, including recruitment and mobilisation
* Overseeing the quality of delivery
As the team grows this role will have Business Managers responsible for expanding established sections of the business while this role finds new work and takes an overarching view.

Prior Experience:
* PMO experience is a must.
* Prior experience in a sales role is desirable.
* Client relationship management.
* Experience of selling technical services.
* Engineering or technical services experience.
Qualifications:
* A formal qualification in a relevant subject at degree level is required.
