Following acquisition by aleading global shipping conglomerate, the business now combines the agility of a mid-sized forwarder with the network, backing, and financial strength of a global logistics group.
Over the last four years, the company has built a strong global sales infrastructure — tender management, control tower functions, and a robust global KAM structure. With this foundation in place, they are now looking to hireGlobal Account Managersto strengthen their global client base and drive continued international growth.
This is a key commercial role focused on bothfarming and hunting. You’ll lead strategic account development for major multinational customers while identifying and securing new opportunities across key verticals includingFMCG, Consumer, Automotive, Infrastructure & Energy, and emerging areas such asHealthcare & Pharma.
You’ll be part of a group aiming totriple in size within five years, leveraging a growing international network spanning Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia. The business operates with the pace and autonomy of an entrepreneurial forwarder, but with the scale and reach of a major global player behind it.
The Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree educated or equivalent.
* Minimum of5 years’ experiencewithin thefreight forwarding industry.
* Proven track record inglobal or key account management, with both farming and hunting capability.
* Experience within theFrench marketessential; wider European exposure advantageous.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales mindset.
* Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Entrepreneurial and adaptable within a fast-scaling global business.
