* Maintain a high level of communication with team members and management regarding customer feedback and issues.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
Experience
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English.
* Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
* Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous.
