Fleet & Transport Coordinator Location: Morecambe Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00 (with 1 in 4 weekends on call) Salary circa £35k About the Role We’re looking for an organised and proactive Fleet & Transport Coordinator to join our team. This is a key position ensuring our nationwide fleet operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with UK transport and ADR regulations. You will be the link between our drivers, hauliers, front office, and sales teams—keeping everything moving while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. Role: * Planning fleet maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs. * Ensuring full compliance with MOT, ADR, VOSA, and safety standards. * Managing costs and finding ways to improve efficiency. * Planning and scheduling transport across the UK for bulk liquids and packaged materials. * Liaising daily with sales and customer service to meet client needs. * Supporting drivers and subcontractors, ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. * Monitoring customer tanks and arranging timely deliveries or collections.
