A beautiful, luxury care home on the outskirts of Cromer is seeking an experienced and passionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated clinical team. The Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion. Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering personalised care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical support and leadership within your shift
Administering medication and maintaining accurate care records
Supporting residents' independence and wellbeing
Promoting best practice in care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
What We're Looking For:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, proactive approach to providing outstanding care
